Paycom, a leader in human capital management technology, celebrated its 15-year anniversary in the payroll and HR services industry today. To commemorate its milestone, Paycom hosted Jim Stovall to be its guest speaker during an all-employee luncheon.
The celebration of Paycom’s humble beginnings, leading to one of the fastest-growing companies in the country, is a dedication to looking back at the company’s unique history and numerous achievements it has achieved within its industry. Founded in 1998, Paycom became one of the pioneers of the payroll industry by offering Software-as-a-Service, pay-as-you-go pricing and proprietary development of its technology, enabling employers easy access to their payroll data.
“Paycom’s continued success over the previous 15 years is a reflection of faith and the dedication of our employees,” said Founder and CEO, Chad Richison. “I am very proud of how far our company has come and I look forward to seeing what the future holds.”
As part of its commemorative activities, Paycom celebrated its accomplishments with its employees at a catered luncheon. The festivities were highlighted by a 15-year video and guest speaker Stovall.
Stovall, a resident of Tulsa, is a former national champion Olympic weightlifter, the founder and president of the Emmy-winning Narrative Television Network and a renowned author of 25 books. One of them, The Ultimate Gift, was made into a major motion picture in 2006 starring fellow Oklahoman James Garner.
