OKLAHOMA CITY (April 23, 2024) — Paycom Software, Inc. (NYSE: PAYC)(“Paycom”), a leading provider of comprehensive, cloud-based human capital management software, donated $33,000 to The Nature Conservancy through its employee giving program.
“As a leader in our industry, we want to follow best practices to protect our communities and our environment through eco-friendly initiatives,” said Buck Adams, vice president of operations at Paycom. “This donation to The Nature Conservancy is a continuation of Paycom’s commitment to reducing its environmental impact.”
Paycom believes in the responsibility of providing clients with the best HR software while minimizing its impact on the planet. In 2023, the company focused on recycling and repurposing used electronic devices to avoid unnecessary waste. In addition to recycling efforts, Paycom powers its two corporate headquarters in Oklahoma City and Grapevine with 100% wind energy through the purchase of renewable energy credits and implemented energy-efficient and energy-reducing designs at on-site data centers.
The Nature Conservancy is a global environmental nonprofit dedicated to conserving land and bodies of water in more than 70 countries and territories. The organization also advocates for regenerative food systems and climate change prevention.
