OKLAHOMA CITY (Dec. 21, 2021) – Paycom Software, Inc., (NYSE:PAYC), a leading provider of comprehensive, cloud-based human capital management software, presented a $105,000 check to The Salvation Army Central Oklahoma Area Command, the largest amount the Oklahoma City-based nonprofit has received as part of its annual Red Kettle Campaign.
“It’s inspiring to watch our employees demonstrate our core value of service through this donation to the Red Kettle campaign,” said Jennifer Kraszewski, vice president of human resources at Paycom. “Paycom has supported The Salvation Army in its efforts for the past decade and will continue to do so as long as there are Oklahomans in need.”
The annual year-end contribution from Paycom and its employees helps the local chapter of The Salvation Army assist individuals and families needing support, both during the holiday season and beyond. This year alone, Paycom employees helped fill 200 stockings with essential care items; donated over 700 sunscreen kits; helped provide nearly 100 cots and sleeping bags; and, much more.
“This donation from the team at Paycom is significant in that it reaches so many in our community who need help,” said Major Charles Powell, area commander at The Salvation Army of Central Oklahoma. “Paycom continues to be the largest donor to our Red Kettle campaign, and we are humbled by this generous act of giving back.”
A portion of this donation comes as part of Paycom’s ongoing giving campaign, in which employees have the opportunity to donate to a variety of local and national causes. Additional ways they give back include volunteer events and service initiatives that strengthen families and communities.
