OKLAHOMA CITY (April 5, 2022) – Paycom Software, Inc., (NYSE:PAYC), a leading provider of comprehensive, cloud-based human capital management software, presented Shiloh Camp with a $15,000 donation in support of the ASCEND Leadership Program, a yearlong program for high school students. Paycom’s gift will support 19 inner-city teens and cover program costs for meetings, supplies, speakers and travel.
“We are thrilled to partner with Paycom as we inspire, equip and launch the next generation of leaders through our ASCEND Leadership Program,” said Stephan Moore, executive director at Shiloh Camp. “Support of Shiloh makes it possible for us to serve the ASCEND fellows with the highest quality of leadership training. Thank you, Paycom, for your support of our mission.”
For more than two decades, Shiloh Camp has led summer camps, art camps and family retreats on its 40-acre campus in Oklahoma City.
“Paycom has a longstanding commitment to its community and the needs of underrepresented youth in Oklahoma,” said Jason Bodin, Paycom’s senior director of marketing and communications. “The ASCEND Leadership Program transforms lives and encourages a brighter future for the next generation of leaders. These values will stay with them throughout their lives.”
Last year, Paycom donated to 240 nonprofit organizations across 32 states. These organizations serve their communities by providing youth programming, environmental education, programs for individuals living with disabilities, mental health treatment and food support for individuals and children needing assistance.
ASCEND program fellows will partner with city leaders along their leadership journey. They also benefit from monthly meetings, mentorship, service projects and a week at summer camp.
