OKLAHOMA CITY (Jan. 18, 2023) – Paycom Software Inc. (NYSE: PAYC), a leading provider of comprehensive, cloud-based human capital management software, has landed on Newsweek’s list of “America’s Greatest Workplaces 2023 for Diversity.”
A nationwide study graded 1,000 entities in 34 industries based on publicly available data, interviews with HR professionals and an anonymous survey asking employees how well their employer values and respects diversity—a total of 350,000 reviews. Paycom is the only Oklahoma-based company to be recognized in the Technology, Media and Telecom category.

In 2020, Paycom established Better Conversations, an internal engagement and listening series, as a space for team members to engage in productive conversations on inclusion, diversity and belonging topics, mental wellness and beyond. The platform encourages diversity of thought and offers a listening ear for those who want to share their voice or develop better understanding in the workplace.
Paycom also offers Paycom Connections, which are voluntary employee resource groups based on shared characteristics and interests. The ERGs provide support and personal or career development opportunities and aim to foster a diverse and inclusive workplace.
