NAPLES, FLA. (April 25, 2022)— Members of the sales team for Paycom Software, Inc. (“Paycom”) (NYSE: PAYC), a leading provider of comprehensive, cloud-based human capital management software, donated $65,000 to support The Shelter for Abused Women & Children in Naples, Florida, as part of its annual giving program, President’s Club Gives. The funds will help those impacted by domestic violence and human trafficking by providing community training, school-based prevention classes and affordable housing.
“As an organization focused on serving others, it is a privilege to support The Shelter for Abused Women & Children,” said Holly Faurot, Paycom’s chief sales officer. “The Shelter provides vital services to families and actively works to stop the cycle of violence. I’m proud to see our sales team give in such a meaningful way to the community that hosted this year’s President’s Club.”
Paycom’s donation will help address an ever-present need for affordable housing for survivors of domestic abuse through The Shelter’s transitional living program. The program provides safe, transitional housing to domestic violence survivors facing homelessness and aims to help them maintain an empowerment-based, secure living environment.
“The Shelter is extremely grateful to Paycom’s sales team for this generous contribution,” said Linda Oberhaus, chief executive officer of The Shelter for Abused Women & Children. “Without the support and generosity of donors like Paycom, The Shelter wouldn’t be able to help prevent, protect and prevail over these crimes.”
Founded in 2011, the President’s Club Gives program offers Paycom’s top sales representatives an opportunity to support the communities that host the corporation’s annual President’s Club event. Paycom sales representatives earn a spot at the President’s Club based on their professional accomplishments from the previous year. Investing in the community is a cornerstone of Paycom’s culture.
Paycom has supported a variety of nonprofits, including those that have a big impact on underserved communities, children, families, diversity and inclusion efforts, and the environment.
