Six Paycom Leaders Named
to NextGen Under 30 List
Paycom is proud to announce six employees have been named to ionOklahoma magazine’s NextGen Under 30 class for 2018. Tyler Branstetter, product management supervisor, and Josh Roche, Paycom service supervisor, have been named to the Science, Technology and Engineering category; Luke Hann, staff attorney, has been named to The Law category, and Monica Johnson, client marketing specialist; Caleb Masters, podcast producer and Megan Young, talent development coordinator, have been named to the Public Relations, Marketing & Advertising category.
The 2018 NextGen Under 30 program includes 263 statewide winners in 15 career categories. It recognizes and encourages the next generation of innovative, creative and inspiring individuals who push the boundaries in various categories of endeavor. In addition, award winners were selected based upon their contributions to their communities.
Branstetter, Hann, Johnson, Masters, Roche and Young will be honored on Nov. 2 at the 2018 NextGen Under 30 awards dinner and ceremony at the Embassy Suites in Norman.
Tyler Branstetter, Product Management Supervisor
As a product management supervisor for Paycom, Branstetter manages a team of product managers who collaborate with Paycom software engineers to deliver new features and enhancements to meet client needs and drive usage and retention. In addition to his Paycom role, he is an active member of Covenant Community Church in Yukon, where he plays drums for the worship team. He also volunteers with the Central Oklahoma Humane Society and assists his employer’s annual Goodwill drives and Salvation Army fundraisers. Branstetter graduated from Missouri State University in 2011 with a degree in administrative management.
Luke Hann, Staff Attorney
As a staff attorney for Paycom, Hann focuses on transactional projects, including commercial agreements, master service agreements, advertising and licensing. Outside of Paycom, he participates in Regional Food Bank of Oklahoma events and has finished three half-marathons, including the 2016 and 2017 OKC Memorial Marathon. A graduate of the University of Oklahoma, Hann earned his bachelor’s in 2012 and his J.D. in 2015. During law school, he interned in the litigation unit of the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission’s Oklahoma City office.
Monica Johnson, Client Marketing Specialist
As a client marketing specialist, Johnson oversees client communications and helps implement the strategic marketing plan, ensuring software users are nurtured throughout their journey with Paycom. Outside of the office, she is an active member of the American Marketing Association’s Oklahoma City chapter. A 2013 graduate of the University of Central Oklahoma, Johnson won an Oklahoma City Ad Club JAC Award and was a member of UCO’s Emerging Leaders scholarship program and the Alpha Lambda Delta Honor Society.
Caleb Masters, Podcast Producer
As a podcast producer at Paycom, Masters was instrumental in launching Paycom’s first podcast, HR Break Room, in January 2017, it now has more than 50 episodes since its inception. As its host, he has interviewed such guests as bestselling author John C. Maxwell, FBI Academy instructor Larry Barton and Miami Dolphins safety Minkah Fitzpatrick. Outside of Paycom, Masters edits the website The Cinematropolis and hosts film screenings and panel discussions at Oklahoma City’s historic Tower Theatre. An active member of the Oklahoma Film Critics Circle, he graduated from Mid-America Christian University in 2013 with a bachelor’s degree in literary and cultural studies.
Joshua Roche, Paycom Service Supervisor
As a service supervisor, Roche is responsible for the delivery of outstanding service for all existing clients through selection and development of customer-facing team members. In addition to his Paycom role, Roche is an active member of his church community and its children’s program, and volunteers as a youth soccer coach. Roche graduated from Oklahoma Christian University in 2014 with a bachelor’s degree in management.
Megan Young, Talent Development Coordinator
As a talent development coordinator for Paycom, Young helps build and teach award-winning leadership trainings. In addition to her Paycom role, she serves on the young professionals’ board for the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation and volunteers monthly with the Junior League of Oklahoma City at the Children’s Hospital at OU Medical Center. Young graduated from the University of Oklahoma in 2015 with a bachelor’s degree in public relations.
