This group of detail-oriented multitaskers and problem-solvers go above and beyond to ensure each client is set up for HR success.
Client Support Specialists
Client Support Specialists (also called Paycom Specialists) are expert troubleshooters who work with clients to understand their needs and provide proactive solutions.
Client Onboarding Specialists
Our Client Onboarding Specialists (also called New Client Specialists) are flexible, detail-oriented multitaskers who help clients smoothly implement our software.
Tax Filing Specialists
With a keen eye for detail, Tax Filing Specialists (also called Tax Specialists) work year-round, researching issues and delivering clear solutions to meet clients’ tax needs.
Transition Project Manager
Transition Project Managers communicate with clients during the transition process and bring together the diverse group of individuals that facilitate their Paycom implementation.
Human Capital Management
This team supports HR professionals by consulting with them on benefits, garnishments, Consolidated Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act (COBRA) coverage, reporting, compliance and IRS filings.

National Payroll Week
In this annual event, we recognize the efforts that go into serving our clients and making sure workers are paid accurately and on time. What does this celebration look like? In 2023, our employees enjoyed lunch from food trucks, canoe races and more than a little friendly competition.

Operations Internship
Students in the Operations Internship program take on roles similar to those of a full-time hire. Our interns:
- collaborate with Paycom Operations departments, closely observing responsibilities, tasks and activities
- contribute to projects by analyzing feedback and providing data insights
- manage projects that identify areas for process improvements
