Paycom’s Growth and Success in 2021

Despite new challenges, every year we’ve made a positive impact on our industry, the community and employees everywhere. 2021 was no different.

Here are just a few of the incredible things that happened at Paycom last year:

Beti

Last summer, we took a leap into the future of payroll. Beti, Paycom’s self-service payroll experience, allows employees to view, verify, troubleshoot and approve their own payroll, giving them crucial insight into their pay and HR the opportunity to focus on higher-level, strategic endeavors.

Industry leaders quickly took note of this innovation, naming Beti a 2021 Top HR Product in Human Resource Executive magazine.

Paycom Center

Oklahoma City has always been Paycom’s home, and the opening of Paycom Center exemplifies this.

“Oklahoma City is home to thousands of our employees, and I am happy that Paycom Center will be the home of the Thunder. We are committed to our community and remain focused on the future as we support the home team,” said Chad Richison, Paycom’s founder and CEO.

Located in the heart of downtown and at the focal point of the state’s live entertainment, Paycom’s 15-year naming rights commitment will elevate our brand locally and internationally.

Holly Faurot named chief sales officer

Paycom’s continued growth is built on a foundation of strong and effective leaders. Holly Faurot is no exception.

With her Paycom career spanning over 14 years, Faurot has served as a top sales representative, sales manager, regional sales manager and now the chief sales officer. Her contributions are crucial to our continued growth, and Faurot serves as a model for all Paycom leaders to follow.

“[I] am eager to continue our sales momentum,” Faurot said. “We are changing the way businesses utilize their human capital management technology by getting HR out of the middle of the data transfer process and providing a real-time estimated ROI from employee usage of our software.”

Texas-sized growth requires Texas-sized expansion, which is why we’ve opened a new office in the DFW area, minutes away from downtown Dallas. This move allows us to expand our reach and offer more opportunities for career-defining growth in the Lone Star State.

Our responsibility

We wouldn’t be a true leader in our space if we didn’t work to elevate the lives of our people and neighbors. 2021 marked our continued responsibility to make the world better, including partnerships to reduce our carbon footprint through renewable resources and conservation.

We also celebrated our workforce’s culture and well-being through our monthly celebrations, evolving benefits and our Better Conversations series, which encourages an open dialogue between employees about diversity, inclusion and belonging.

Last year, Paycom employees helped deliver vital goods, services and funds to charities around the globe. Together, we’ve sought to address issues like homelessness, famine, wildlife protection and more.
