Start new hires on the right foot with our onboarding software

A seamless experience for you and your new hires

You only get one chance to make a first impression, and a clunky onboarding experience can spoil it. But can a process that requires employees to fill out a bunch of documents be easy and stress-free for you?

Absolutely. On mobile or desktop and without any paper, Paycom’s intuitive software guides employees through onboarding via a step-by-step checklist. Even before Day 1, Paycom walks your new hires through:

  • entering personal info
  • setting up direct deposit
  • filling out tax forms like W-4s and providing I-9 info
  • taking introductory training courses
  • digitally signing other important documents

Self-onboarding for a smoother transition

Onboarding shouldn't be a waste of time. But when outdated approaches require you to meticulously rekey data and provide employees with extensive walk-throughs, it keeps you from truly engaging your people.
