Step 1: Start performance reviews
Once a performance review starts, it flows to a manager and any additional reviewers, if applicable.
Step 2: Employee self-review
Our software notifies employees to complete a self-review. Once they do, the review flows back to their manager.
Step 3: Manager approval
Managers are then alerted to any pending reviews or approvals. Once a manager makes their final decision, employees receive review comments and rating info.
Step 4: Payroll updates automatically
Our Performance Management software sends any relevant data to our Compensation Budgeting tool, with wage changes autopopulating in payroll.
