Describe what you do.
I am an HR business partner who supports the sales regions (Central, East, Northeast and Southeast). Supporting the sales team is a great partnership where I can help strategize, coach, develop to drive results, attract talent and assist with organizational goals.
What is your favorite thing about your team?
I am excited to work with leading HR professionals who, every day, go above and beyond to support all business units.
What advice would you give a new employee for being successful at Paycom?
Welcome, new employee, to Paycom. The advice that I would like to give you is to always adapt, learn, utilize your resources and create stretch goals that will challenge you each and every day. This is your new start on your Paycom journey.
What’s the one word you would choose to describe Paycom, and why?
Agility. Paycom is a forward-thinking company that is always evolving to move the needle forward while making an impact.
What is your greatest accomplishment at Paycom?
One of my greatest accomplishments at Paycom has been speaking to our new outside sales representatives in training. This has been a great way early on to provide resources, connect with our sales representatives and highlight our technology services that align with the value proposition for our prospects and clients.
What makes you proud to work at Paycom?
I am proud to work at Paycom because we are always willing to take on a challenge and strive for success within our industry. I am also proud of the existing diversity, inclusion and belonging initiatives that the organization provides.
What hobbies do you enjoy in your free time?
I enjoy sports, listening to live music and traveling.
If you could eat only one meal for the rest of your life, what would it be and why?
I would prefer to have ice cream. No matter the day or the season, it is always a good treat to enjoy.
