3 Benefits When Employees Manage Their Own HR Information

When’s the last time you went to the bookstore to buy the latest novel by your favorite author? If you’re like an ever-growing percent of the population, probably about 10 years ago. Most of us live our lives online, especially millennials and members of Generation Z.

According to Statista, the average internet user aged 18-32 spends approximately 7.43 hours online daily. Gone are the days of going to the mall to purchase new clothing, waiting on your bank statement to be delivered to your mailbox and driving to the restaurant to pick up your takeout.
